
During a challenge week organized by ISCOM, our client was Orange.
We were tasked with developing a strategic lever for distributing bib numbers for the Marathon Pour Tous, which Orange sponsors for the 2024 Olympic Games.

Together with my team, we came up with the concept of the Victory Run — a race held simultaneously in five French cities, led by a team captain who acts as an Orange ambassador.
